What is SEP+?

SEP+ is a dedicated Chrome extension designed to enhance users' Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy browsing experience. It's nice. The main issue is just that you can't scroll down on the table of contents, and also as a less major concern the lack of customizability. The former is a bug and should be fixed for proper functionality.
