Fake Filler Firefox

Fake Filler

By: Hussein
A form filler that fills all form inputs (textboxes, textareas, radio buttons, dropdowns, etc.) with fake and randomly generated data. The purpose of this extension is to help developers and testers test forms quickly and easily.

Features & Capabilities

Fake Filler is a Chrome extension designed to streamline the process of testing web forms by automatically filling all input fields— including text boxes, textareas, radio buttons, dropdown menus, and checkboxes — with randomly generated fake data. This tool is essential for developers and testers, helping to avoid the tedious task of manually inputting values and expediting form validation.

Key features include support for field properties like maxlength, intelligent skipping of CAPTCHA, hidden, disabled, and read-only fields, and the ability to generate dummy data based on regular expressions. With a focus on privacy, the Pro version uses email authentication solely for account sync purposes via Firebase Firestore. Fake Filler enhances productivity by making form testing faster, easier, and more efficient.

It is advertised for developers, but then spams the console with warnings. See bug #212 that is open for a year. Sure, it makes filling in forms easier, but them makes it harder to see your own debug messages
