Have tested this extension with the new version of Vivaldi 1.15.1147.36 (Stable channel) (32-bit) It seems to have the same Tab non-switching problem as the other extensions with the latest version of Vivaldi, but it will be a promising extension to use once the bug with the latest Vivaldi is fixed.
