Changes case of selected text, either to Sentence case or to Title Case

Examples:

I LIVE IN NEW WORK -> To sentence case -> I live in New York

Notice how New York retains its proper capitalization, the extension handles a lot of special capitalization cases (e.g. names, acronyms, etc.).

I LIVE IN NEW WORK -> To Title case -> I Live in New York

Notice how 'Live' is capitalized but 'in' is not because it capitalizes the first and last words, and all other words; except for articles, prepositions, and conjunctions.

Useless, doesn't work in gmail or gdocs, removing.

Google Docs doesn't offer Sentence case. This tool offers it. But in Google Docs a right click does NOT show the tools this says it will in the illustration. I'm in a Google Doc in the Chrome browser. It is installed, active, and I highlighted text. Then I right clicked in the text. Not tools.
