Factuurie

Factuurie is a Dutch online invoicing application designed for self-employed professionals, freelancers, and SME entrepreneurs. The application offers a complete set of tools to manage administration easily and professionally, without requiring accounting knowledge.

Invoicing
The heart of Factuurie is the creation of professional invoices. Users can create invoices with their own company logo, branding colors, and company details. Each invoice is generated as a neat PDF that can be downloaded or sent immediately. Invoices are automatically numbered based on a configurable invoice number. Users can set a default VAT percentage (0%, 9%, or 21%) and a default payment term in days. Invoices can be archived or restored and are clearly managed in a list view.

Customer Management
Factuurie offers a complete customer management system. Users record customer details such as name, email address, address, Chamber of Commerce number, and customer type (private or business). Customers are automatically assigned a sequential customer number. There is a built-in Chamber of Commerce (KvK) lookup function that automatically populates company details based on the KvK number. Clients can be archived when they are no longer active.

Time Tracking
Starting with the Basic plan, users can track hours via a comprehensive time tracking module. Hours are tracked per client and project, including start and end times, breaks, hourly rate, and a description. The module automatically calculates the total number of hours worked and the invoice amount. Hours have a status (draft, invoiced, paid) and can be selected to generate an invoice immediately. There are extensive filtering and sorting options, and the timesheet can be exported.

Project Management
Users can create projects and link them to clients. Projects serve as a categorization for time tracking and make it easy to maintain an overview of ongoing assignments. Settings & Branding
Via the settings page, users can complete their full company profile: company name, address, postal code, city, email address, phone number, Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number, and IBAN. Additionally, they can upload a company logo that appears on every PDF invoice and choose a branding color from thirteen options. These settings are immediately processed in all generated invoices.

Subscriptions
Factuurie works with four subscription tiers:

Free: 1 invoice per quarter, unlimited customer management, and PDF download.

Basic (€3.49/month): 5 invoices per month, personal branding, and time tracking.

Standard (€5.49/month): 10 invoices per month, time tracking, and priority support.

Premium (€12.49/month): Unlimited invoices, time tracking, priority support, and early access to new features.
Annual subscription gives two months free (10-month price). Payments are processed via Mollie using direct debit. Subscriptions are automatically renewed and can be canceled at any time via the app. Support
Users can submit a report via a built-in support form, where category and priority can be indicated. The report, along with the user's full account and company details, is automatically forwarded to the Factuurie team via email.
