This extension will "read" the text of the article that you are reviewing on certain news web sites and, where it finds references to Donald Trump, it will make only the following substitutions:

(i) Donald Trump becomes Donald "Loser" Trump, (ii) Donald J. Trump becomes Donald "Loser" Trump, (iii) President Trump becomes President Loser, and (iv) Trump Administration becomes Loser Administration.

This is highly entertaining and makes me smile inside every time I see it in action. It's nice to see a man who gives insulting nicknames to so many other people get one himself.
