Features & Capabilities

NOTE! Does not provide anonymity/privacy for fb browsing.

Hides the disruptive facebook navigation experience when logged out - whether just checking out an event, a page, etc , or using alongside privacy/anonymization tools such as Tor, VPNs, etc - it can be almost impossible to explore anything on facebook without logging in, whereas public twitter tweets are publicly available and published everywhere!

Wouldn't it be nice if we could ensure it was easy to read, search and explore what is called public content in the truest sense of the word?

0.0.4 works with firefox for android!

More features planned, such as:

  • expose page/people/etc? search in top navigation
  • the login dropdown that opens at random would be nice to reign in

Changelog

0.0.5 Mobile coverage you can count on

  • First chrome browser release
  • Handle another mobile CTA on photos
  • Another mobile CTA on locations (e.g. chicago)

0.0.4 Not kitten around

  • Introduces proper firefox for android support (and other browser support soon!)
    • hides mobile header CTA
    • hides nearly captive footer mobile CTA (hopefully?)
    • hides another CTA on people profiles on desktop

0.0.3 First public release!

  • hides log-in overlay
  • hides giant footer CTA that also appears

Known Issues

  • when using the desktop browser, it will likely prompt you with reCaptcha often. we may have a fix for that soon.
