With sections to add bespoke personal insights which bring the data to life, conversations will be richer, connections deeper and ultimately, cognitive diversity will be optimised.

The Hogan Assessment is a series of psychometric tests which take the intangible concepts of personality and drive and give a language to describe the specific characteristics and motivators which shape our innate patterns of behaviour in different circumstances, and what drives those behaviours. This level of self-awareness, focused on reputation rather than identity is transformational in leadership.
