Exam4Inspections

Exam4Inspections is a Salesforce based application designed to provide inspectors with all the tools necessary to:

-Complete inspections in the field both online and offline
-Follow decision trees related to any inspection type (including HQS and UPCS-V)
-Record deficiencies and related information including location, defect level, pass/fail status, life threatening status, and pictures
-Utilize related inspection functionality to connect existing Site, Exterior, Systems, or Common Areas inspections to multiple units
-View, edit, and delete recorded deficiencies in the Data Viewer tab
-View and edit Account data, including Unit Qualification information, in the Account tab
-Create new Unit and related inspections on the fly using the Configuration page
-Generate a live inspection report, including account information and deficiency photos, using the Inspection Report tool
-Email inspection reports as a PDF to owners and tenants
