2026-01-26	Al*****	update 1/26/26 I've tried to change my password via "forgot password"and I don't get any codes in my email, ever. Is there a phone number I can call? I guess I'll fill out the "help" form and see if I'll actually get "help". Ugh.

2025-12-27	Ka*****	12/27/25-NOTHING has improved. I have an account but can't see my passes/history. EWC needs serious help in the IT space and the customer service at the store is lacking. They charged the wrong card for the wax pass I signed up for. There's no customer service phone #. 1/15/18-The app/site will allow me to sign up for an account and I couldn't even send an email to contact the company, since it wouldn't go through either. How am I supposed to get my reward points if I can't even sign up?

2025-11-25	Ka*****	I never rate anything but this app is actually really useful. I can see and change my appointments with the tech I normally see. Easy changes and accurate info on her schedule and availability. Haven't used any of the other features but as a scheduling app A+++.
