Julia, a little deaf Franco-Ontarian girl, asks herself a lot of questions. At the same time as she learns the history of her province, she discovers its linguistic and cultural identities and herself becomes an actor in her community. We discover through Julia's eyes what it means to be Franco-Ontarian and Deaf.
