Zuver Driver — a work tool for professionals on the road.

Zuver Driver is the partner app for tow truck operators and roadside assistance specialists working with the Zuver platform in Latvia. Receive job requests, manage your schedule and communicate with customers — all in one app.

HOW IT WORKS

Incoming job requests
When a customer nearby requests a tow truck or roadside assistance, you receive a push notification with job details — pickup location, destination, vehicle type and problem description. Accept the job with a single tap, or skip it if you're busy.

Route and navigation
Once a job is accepted, the app shows you the route to the customer and onward to the destination. Open navigation in your favourite maps app — Google Maps, Waze or Apple Maps.

Chat with the customer
The built-in chat lets you communicate with the customer directly inside the app — no phone calls, no sharing of personal numbers. Status changes (departed, arrived, started, completed) are delivered to the customer automatically.

Scheduled jobs
See both on-demand requests and scheduled reservations. Scheduled jobs are kept in a separate section with reminders — you'll never miss a booking.
