Task Improver helps maintenance technicians improve periodic maintenance tasks.
The app was developed by Viergever P.I.M. for the food and process industries.

View all your assigned maintenance tasks per asset. See at a glance how many tasks are
open, in progress, or completed.

Intelligent Questionnaire
Answer context-specific questions about your maintenance tasks. The app generates intelligent
follow-up questions based on the task description.

Object FMEA
Perform an Object FMEA analysis according to the SAE JA1011 guideline. Define failure modes,
link BOM components, and answer the 9 RCM questions for each failure mode.

AI Enhancements
Let a local AI model improve your task descriptions, recommend frequencies, and calculate a
completeness score.

Photos
Take photos of maintenance situations or select them from your photo library. Up to 10 photos
per task for documentation.

Work Offline
Continue working without an internet connection. Answers and photos are automatically
synced once you're back online.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Requires a Task Improver server account (created by your organization)
- Works with a self-hosted server within your company network
- No data is sent to external cloud services

PRIVACY:
- All data remains within your organization's infrastructure
- No tracking, no ads, no third-party analytics
- AI processing is done locally on your organization's server
