Factstore is a focused flashcard app for fast, effective learning — at school, at university or on the job. Build decks by hand, import them from files, or let AI turn a PDF or a photo into ready-to-learn cards. Practice with several quiz modes and watch your progress grow.

DECKS & CARDS
• Create unlimited decks and cards, each with front and back text
• Search, sort (by name or last learned) and group by alphabet or Leitner box
• Swap front and back for a whole deck with one tap
• Edit, duplicate and delete cards quickly

SMART IMPORT
• CSV and Excel files import directly — pick the columns or use automatic mapping
• PDF, TXT and image files are processed by AI to extract cards
• Two AI import modes: vocabulary pairs or question & answer
• Bring your own AI provider: Google Gemini (API key) or a local Ollama server
• Turn a photo of your notes into cards

QUIZ MODES
• Classic mode: flip the card and grade yourself — swipe right for correct, left for wrong
• Write-answer mode: type the answer and get auto-checked
• Validation: exact match or tolerant (ignore case, allow typos)
• Direction: front → back, back → front, or random
• Configurable number of cards per quiz

SPACED REPETITION
• The Leitner box system moves cards you know forward and brings tricky ones back

PRIVACY
Cloud sync is opt-in. Your decks stay on your device until you choose to sign in. AI features use the provider you configure — bring your own key, or run a local Ollama server so nothing leaves your network.
