Binaural Beats

Binaural Beats lets you enhance your brain activities by modulating a signal frequency over a carrier frequency and sending the output via your earplugs into your brain.

The left and right ear receive different frequencies. Most of the waves will be cancelled out, but the signal frequency will remain as a standing wave.

First, you choose the signal frequency depending on your goals:
Delta - for deep sleep states
Theta - for deep meditation states
Alpha - for relaxation
Beta - for active thinking

Second, you choose a carrier frequency that feels best for your goal.

Third, you select the signal frequency of your choice.

Hints:
1. Use stereo earplugs.
2. Adjust the volume for a good experience.
3. Avoid carrier frequency being a multiple of signal frequency.
