Smart Pool Connect is the official mobile app for owners of Smart Pool Connect-equipped pools. Monitor and control your pool's vital systems from anywhere — at home, at work, or on holiday.

KEY FEATURES

• Live status — See pool temperature, pH, chlorine, salt, water level and pump status updated in real time.
• Remote control — Start and stop the filter pump, change schedules, open and close the cover, run a backwash cycle, switch pool lights, and adjust target temperature without leaving the app.
• Smart alerts — Get notified when your pool needs attention: low chemistry, abnormal water level, filter clogs, cover faults, or device offline.
• Multi-pool support — Manage every pool in your account from a single screen, ideal for owners with multiple installations or pool builders maintaining many sites.

• Secure login — All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Your account is protected with email and password authentication.

WHO IT'S FOR

Smart Pool Connect is for residential and commercial pool owners with a Smart Pool Connect-compatible installation. If your pool was installed by an EPS BV partner, the app will work with your existing pool credentials.

POOL BUILDER / TECHNICIAN ACCESS

If you're a pool builder or technician, the app lets you manage all the pools you maintain in one place: switch pools quickly, push firmware updates, and respond to owner alerts directly.

PRIVACY

We only collect data needed to provide pool management functionality: your account email, name, address, location for distance-based features, and avatar/firmware uploads when you choose to provide them.
