No waiting on the phone line, no complicated e-mails, no additional registrations - everything you need is available in a few simple steps.

Through the application, you can order all spare parts of Centrometal products: boilers, furnaces, heaters, control units and other equipment. It is enough to fill out the form, enter the name of the product, the year of manufacture and the power, and our team will find the appropriate part and send you a personalized offer. If you're not sure which part you need, simply attach a photo - we'll identify it for you and suggest a solution.

In addition to ordering spare parts, the application also supports service requests. You can request the intervention of a service technician, the installation of a new device or its commissioning. You apply for all services using the same form, with the option of entering additional comments, the desired date and location.

After you send the request, you get your unique number - the so-called ticket – through which you can monitor the status of the request in real time. Communication is simple, two-way and fast. You can send additional questions, attachments or photos directly from the application, without the need for other channels. Every inquiry is answered by a real person, not an automated system.

Parts are delivered in cooperation with Centrometal's service department, directly from the manufacturer, under factory conditions and prices. Delivery is made as soon as possible, usually within 1 to 2 working days, to your address or with the possibility of personal collection.
