MiniAgent HORECA turns food-safety paperwork into a few taps on a tablet in your kitchen.

Staff see today's checks on one screen, record a temperature or tick off a task, and sign it with their own PIN. The log builds itself, so when the inspector arrives the records are already there.

The app runs in 26 languages, including Ukrainian and Arabic. A cook reads the check in the language they think in, while the records stay in one place for the manager.

BUILT AROUND EU FOOD SAFETY
Based on HACCP self-monitoring — egenkontrol, omavalvonta, Eigenkontrolle — as required by EU Regulation 852/2004, with national temperature guidance per market and an FDA reference table for the US.

WORKS OFFLINE
Entries are queued on the tablet and sync when the connection comes back. A kitchen does not stop because the Wi-Fi did.
