Live Better

Live Better is the app that accompanies the Better Reset programs. Everything you need during your journey is in one place: your progress, visible only to you, the community of those doing it with you, and messages from the team.

YOUR PROGRESS, PRIVATE
• Record weight, height, circumference, and body photos.
• Find each measurement in your history, with a progress track.
• Compare two photos, before and after, to see the changes.
• No judgments on your body: changes are described in neutral terms.
• This data is yours alone: no one else sees it, not even the Live Better team.

THE BETTER RESET COMMUNITY
• A space for each edition you participate in.
• Dedicated channels: Welcome, Instructions, Recipes, Physical Ailments, Sharing, Results, and Closing.
• Videos of the method, from start to finish.
• Post, reply to threads, add a photo, leave a heart.

MESSAGES
• Replies to your posts and threads, all in one place.
• One-on-one chat with other participants.
• Announcements from the Live Better team.

A RESPECTFUL SPACE
• You can report a post, message, or person: the report goes to the Live Better team.
• You can block anyone you no longer want to see: their posts and messages disappear for you.

WHO IS IT FOR
Live Better is reserved for those who have purchased a Better Reset program on livebetter.eu. To log in, use the same email and password as your account on the site: no need to register again.

You can choose between a light, dark, or phone theme, and metric or imperial units of measurement.
