About List
The List app, a real estate technology and data start-up, born in Cluj and valued at €1.5 million after the first round of funding (which accounted for over €250,000), enters the market at the end of November 2023.

The app is founded by Cosmin Lupan - CEO, with 9 years of experience in real estate as agent and owner of Capital Imobiliare agency -, Lorant Barla co-founder and investor - Head of UI & UX -, Marius Bordeianu co-founder - Head of Development - and Robert Farte co-founder - Head of Marketing & Technical. They propose a radical change in the real estate industry in Cluj and in the country.
