mytraQ is designed as a multi-client app: Depending on the configuration of the respective client – ​​such as a municipality, transport association, or company – mytraQ offers a wide range of functionalities. These range from simply providing information about connections and mobility options, to automatically detecting the mode of transport used and offering incentives based on that, to facilitating ride-sharing. mytraQ can also be used as a simple ticket storage system for digital subscriptions. This allows the app to be flexibly adapted to the specific needs and development stages of different mobility concepts – from a streamlined, standalone solution to a fully integrated mobility platform.

mytraQ enables users to access additional services spontaneously and easily from home. As part of the mobility concept, lockable bicycle parking facilities are being built, which can be conveniently reserved from home via mytraQ. Residents and commuters save themselves the hassle of searching for parking and know their bicycles are safely parked.

mytraQ follows the concept of "motivating through rewards." This means that residents and commuters are rewarded for changing their mobility behavior: If they follow mytraQ's route suggestions or if the app automatically switches to a climate-friendly mode of transport via automatic transport recognition, they collect time miles. The more users participate, the greater the impact mytraQ has on the environment and traffic.
