Couponer: Scan Your Coupons

Couponer takes the paper coupons and loyalty cards cluttering your wallet and keeps them on your phone, where you will actually have them when you need them.

Photograph a coupon and the app reads the title and expiry date for you, right on the device. If it misreads something you can fix it before saving, and you can add a photo of the back when the fine print matters.

Loyalty cards work the same way. Scan the barcode once and the card is saved for good. At the register, open it and the screen jumps to full brightness so the scanner reads it on the first try. No more shuffling through a stack of plastic.

A coupon only helps if you remember it in time, so Couponer can remind you a few days before one runs out. You choose when the reminder arrives and how much notice you get.

If you rely on a few cards regularly, pin up to six of them to your home screen. One tap opens the barcode, ready to scan.

Switching phones or reinstalling does not cost you anything. Export everything (coupons, cards and their photos) into a single file and load it back on the new device.

About your data: it stays on the phone. There is no account to set up and nothing to sign in to, and you will not see any ads. Crash reports are on by default so I can fix problems quickly, and you can switch them off in settings at any time.

It works with Austrian and German retailers such as Billa, Spar, Hofer, Lidl, Penny, dm, Müller, MediaMarkt, IKEA and OMV, and with any other shop you add yourself.
