PowerSaving Check Goes Citizen

It is time to pick all citizens up and take them on the way towards a climate-neutral Europe, to involve them particularly in the saving of energy and water. The Power Saving App is one relevant tool for that because it enables citizens to implement Power Saving Checks themselves. The Power Saving App is a multilingual app with simple navigation and can be handled intuitively.
It contains:
- Compact information on climate change
- Concrete possibilities for the saving of electricity and heating/airing energy and water
- Hints on waste management and separation
- Hints for energy efficient and environment friendly user behaviour.
- Videos in which the exchange or fixing of power saving devices, such as energy saving lamps, detachable socket boards, boost thermostats, flow limiters or shower saving heads, and the correct separation of waste are demonstrated.
- A Power Saving Calculator with which it is possible to:
• measure the electricity savings due to the power saving devices
• measure the water savings due to the power saving devices
• calculate the according saving of money.
