Traqary Times and Invoices

Traqary is the simple time-tracking app for freelancers and small studios — completely offline, no cloud account, no subscription.

Track time on your clients, projects, and tasks with a single tap. Multiple timers can run in parallel, each one can be paused and resumed, and everything continues reliably even after restarting the app — time is calculated from stored timestamps, not from a background ticker.

At the end of the month, two taps turn your tracked time into an invoice. Traqary generates a clean PDF with your logo, hour line items, net / VAT / gross totals, payment terms, and footer. If you invoice public-sector clients in B2B, enable the X-Rechnung option and export compliant XRechnung 3.0 XML files alongside the PDF (EN 16931, UBL 2.1).

All data stays on your device. No login, no sync, no telemetry, no data collection. You take your phone with you, you take your time tracking with you. For backups, export regularly to XLSX or CSV.
