It works somewhat to manage your ac units in the house, but from a technical point it's a real mess. Can't handle networks with a gateway (f.e. if you want to put all your iot devices separate from your users). Doesn't do well with IP leases. App does some kind of weird discovery each time you open it, but if the devices fail to respond then the list is empty: no units found. No way to refresh but hard kill the app and restart. And while using it, it often 'loses' the list of discovered devices

The app is very unstable, when I try to switch to it, it crashes with a probability of 80%. Also it often loses the AC when in out-of-home mode. Good idea, good equipment but awful realization - looks like this app has been written by a noob immediately after his first "Hello, world!" computer program.
