With the ALERT Work Order 33i App, or the digital work order, maintenance companies and housing associations can efficiently plan, carry out and invoice maintenance work via the tablet.

The ALERT Work Order33i App is integrated with ALERT, Centric's ERP system. Orders from the ERP package are immediately visible on the tablet of the maintenance employee on site. New emergency reports are signaled by an additional message. The maintenance employee can refuse or process an order from the task list.

During the execution of the order, the system automatically registers the time spent on it and the material used. Photos taken with the tablet are automatically linked to the job in the ERP system. If necessary, follow-up assignments for own employees or subcontractors can also be recorded. When finished, the resident can sign and even give a score for satisfaction with the work performed.
