2024-10-30	Pe*****	Worked to open garage door, but app hung itself every time we tried to open the pedestrian door. We had to walk in via the car entry. Used 11% battery in ine day, and I only used it twice (arrival and departure)

The results are empty both in the app and on the website - tried it on multiple occasions both out of Belgium and from Brussels even, same result. What era is this from? Was this a school project that got out of hand? And it doesn't help that 90% of the parking garages in Brussels seem to be managed by them. It's mindblowing how this can go on.

I've never seen such a useless app. UPDATE: it managed to find itself in Antwerp but the pedestrian incoming / outgoing signs point you back to the barrier instead of a door. Which is not marked. And customer service is not available on Saturday morning. There. BePark.

2023-08-17	Ro*****	A The most horrible customer service for a parking service ever. They charged me for a booking after the location denied me access to the facilities (broken car lift door). They lied that the lift was functioning. After providing proof and no response, they sent a new invoice with a 40 euro surcharge for the denied service. The customer service is almost completely iresponsive and extra surcharges seem automated. Stay away from this App. Stay away from BePark.
