Scrumli – Planning Poker

Scrumli is a planning poker app for Scrum and agile teams. Use it to estimate user stories and tasks, either on your own or together in a live online session.

Five built-in card decks are ready to use: Fibonacci (1–21), T-shirt sizes (XS–XXL), Powers of 2 (1–32), Hours (0.5–24), and Sequential (1–10). Tap a card to cast your vote, then reveal all votes at once. After each reveal, Scrumli shows the average, a recommended nearest deck value, the spread between the highest and lowest votes, and a consensus banner when everyone agrees.

ONLINE SESSIONS

Start a room and share the QR code or room code with your teammates. Everyone joins from their own phone — no account required. You see who has voted in real time without seeing their card values. The host controls when cards are revealed and when the next round starts.
