2024-10-07	Da*****	Too many issues with the app. Forms cannot be marked as fully completed even though I did them. Scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling appointments is a NIGHTMARE! Not sure why you can't do ALL THREE through the app but it's ridiculous! I can get multiple riminder emails and texts for the appointment but I never get a link to the appointment. Won't be using this service every again!!!

2024-07-30	Jo*****	Valera Health sucks! I wouldn't recommend it to anybody! They have you go through the whole process give you false home then you hear nothing from them unless you reach out. This is not something I would use if you're in need of help relatively quickly! I was able to get into a therapist and on medication through my original provider before they even got back to me about starting services! Ridiculous.

2024-07-16	Fe*****	The app was great, but now it logs me out every time I exit the app. This means I don't get notifications or messages unless I specifically login to the app. I have ADHD, if I could remember to do things then I wouldn't need a psychiatrist in the first place. Fix this

2024-07-02	Ca*****	My provider, Louise Yee was great. I very much enjoyed speaking with, and looked forward to my sessions with her. I finally felt like I was making some progress again. Unfortunately, it seems like she may not longer be at Valera. I got a call from someone named Christina who has yet to give me a call back about what happened to my provider. I had to call to get vague and conflicting answers from someone else and was told someone would call me again. It's now been close to a week and no one has.

2024-05-18	Jo*****	it works well enough for video calls with my psychiatrist. it doesn't give you the option to request appointments in the app, just view upcoming/previous ones, which is really inconvenient. I also think it's really funny that the feedback button in the app just fully does not work.

I am constantly logged out and cannot get my messages, appointment rescheduling is non-existent, the UI is constantly breaking (I can't send messages longer than one line because it causes the send button to disappear), and the worse part is that any technical issues have to be addressed with my therapy provider instead of a dedicated IT group. Absolutely worst app on my phone.
