The ETC Sensor3 TPSR application allows you to configure dimmers in your Sensor3 dimming system via a wireless network. Dimmers can be configured by searching for a dimmer, or by scanning a QR code affixed to your distro or outlet for rapid reconfiguration of an outlet. This is particularly useful with ETC’s Sensor3 ThruPower modules, allowing rapid identification, testing and configuration of outlets between dimmed and switched modes.

Does not seem to work for andriods. It sees the dimmer, and then proceeds to a loading screen for minutes before just closing out of the app all together. My coworker with an iphone is having no problems.
