The passenger app for the on-call bus in the Schwarzwald-Baar district is used by passengers to obtain information and book a possible trip offer.

The passenger starts the connection search by entering the start, destination, date and time. Possible trips for the connection you are looking for are then displayed sorted by time. In addition to the general information about the trip, the on-call bus informs you about the booking required for the corresponding trip. The passenger can book this trip by selecting the “BOOK TRIP” button under the trip details.

Booking an on-call bus involves registering the passenger in the passenger app.

The passenger can also cancel a booked trip in the passenger app.
