2024-09-15	Al*****	The app is great, but ESCOM is still the same. They don't care about our queries or reports. I've reported faults five times, and they've never helped me unless I call someone I know. It's a shame.

2024-09-08	An*****	Nice app. The concept is good but falls short on updates. The app is not updated with the latest data. For example, the load shedding schedule, it is usually a week or two older And dunno if the features redirect you too the website. You can do better than this. Lots of developers out there who can be employed to work on the app and make it more useful.
