Kronos is the digital time and attendance solution that allows companies and employees to record working hours simply, quickly, and with full legal validity.

Designed for businesses with shift workers—hospitality, retail, logistics, and services—Kronos replaces paper time sheets and spreadsheets with a reliable, traceable, and always-available mobile time record.

IMPORTANT: Kronos is a business application. Accounts are created by the employer; registration is not possible through the application. If your company is not yet using Kronos, please contact us.

CLOCK IN WITH A TAP
• Clock in, take a break, return to work, and clock out from the main screen.

• Clear interface, designed to be used in seconds and without prior training.

• Works on each employee's mobile phone or on a shared device in kiosk mode with PIN access.

DAILY DIGITAL SIGNATURE
• At the end of the workday, the employee signs on the screen with their finger.

• The signature is permanently linked to that record and appears in the monthly report.
• Additional evidence of compliance for audits and inspections.

TIME MANAGEMENT
• Visual monthly summary with daily breakdowns: hours worked, breaks, and planned hours.

• Accumulated hours balance comparing actual hours worked with your assigned schedule.

• Holidays and approved absences are automatically deducted from the total.

LEGALLY VALID REPORTS
• Download your monthly report in PDF or Excel format whenever you need it.

• Each document includes a Secure Verification Code (CSV) and a QR code that links to a public verification page.

• Anyone can verify the report's authenticity by scanning the QR code.

TRACEABLE CORRECTIONS
• If you detect an error in a clock-in/out record, request a review from the calendar.

• The administrator approves or rejects the request, and the system maintains a complete history of changes.

• No record is deleted: traceability is guaranteed.

ABSENCES AND VACATIONS
• Request vacations, sick leave, or other absences directly from the application.

• Check the status of your requests at any time.

MONTHLY CLOSING
• The administrator requests the month-end closing, and the employee signs it upon approval.

• Formal confirmation of approval is reflected in the report.

FOR ADMINISTRATORS
• Manage employees, schedules, and the work calendar, including national and regional holidays.

• Download entire team reports into a single file.

• Read-only access mode for labor inspections, preventing data modification.

INTEGRATION WITH YOUR SYSTEMS
• Kronos can connect with your company's existing management software: ERP, CRM, or corporate intranet.

• Employees clock in and out from the application with the same ease as always, while the company receives the work schedule data directly in its own system for payroll, planning, or internal reports. • Integration with Odoo via API is now available, and we develop custom connectors for other platforms.

• Optional service subject to subscription: the company must request it, and it is configured in conjunction with our development team. It is not automatically available and cannot be activated without the client's authorization.

SECURITY AND PRIVACY
• All communications are encrypted.

• Each company's data is isolated from the rest through database-level security.

• Geolocation, when activated by the company, is used solely to validate clock-in and detect incidents. Continuous employee tracking is never performed, nor is data shared with third parties.

• Records are kept for the period required by current labor regulations.
