After the last update the app doesn't work when accessing, I have the access with the finger scan and is gets stuck and it crushes

Doesn't works properly. I have to close it completely many times so it can work. Everytime I touch the screen with the app open it appears a white screen saying to wait when I haven't touch any button, I was just trying to scroll the page.
