WHAT IS BRAIN BEATS? It is a research tool to study the cognitive processes involved in the creation of thoughts and emotions, as well as our way of relating to them. In the laboratory, we usually accompany BrainBeats with an electroencephalogram or EEG (a device capable of measuring the activity of the cerebral cortex).

WHY AN APP? From the first experiments, the participants show an improvement when it comes to relating to their thoughts and emotions. In some way, the research protocol is able to develop key cognitive skills when it comes to peacefully relating to the things our brain feels and thinks.
