Scooter stopped working mid journey

THEY ARE AWFUL, DO NOT USE. they take double the price of your first ride out and leave it on your account as credit so you have to use the Scooter again. They also are so hard ro Park, not clear where the areas to park are and when you're in the wrong zone it's hard to figure out where else you can go to park. Overall the app and the customer service is shocking and a massive waste of money.
