No way to retrieve funds - app pretends to you the option but just says 'Refund not possible' when you enter details - no way of contacting them - AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU LIKE THROWING MONEY AWAY

Thirsty? Do NOT download this APP. The setup time is longer than any queue you might enter for a human person. When at the pump the flow does not come out, is badly labelled or is not continuous. At the pump there was no signal on my phone after topping up in the hotel so I could not buy my beer. I now have credit on my phone I cannot redeem because the app says I have an invalid Iban number (which is not true) a total scam, a very poor execution of technology. Estrella should be ashamed!!
