Pretty useless! Couldn't even search for simple things like lions, big cat. Then I thought at least it would have the upcoming events? Nothing! Then I thought at least it would direct you with the map? Nothing! So really a waste of time.

Have used the app without problems until this time.went though booking payment was taken but clicking on download my tickets didn't work,no email or anything.i phoned and was told there had been problems today but couldn't find my booking and if I get no email by Monday to call again.Its all well and good but considering we going on a road trip tomorrow and now extra hassle with payment taken but no tickets so a relaxing trip it won't be so not really too impressed.Its a 5 hr journey.
