BUGA - Buscador de Gasolineras

BUGA is an application that allows you to locate the cheapest fuel prices among more than 10,300 service stations available throughout the national territory, including the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, through information that is updated daily.

The main screen includes the selection of the type of fuel desired, the type of service station (by default all are shown) and one of the two options to display the results: based on a point of interest (“Near you”) or regarding a route between two points (“En route”).

By default, the five service stations with the cheapest prices are shown on a map, highlighted with a color code, at a certain distance from the point of interest or the entered route. These parameters can be customized by the user in the side menu.

Each of the markers shown on the map, in addition to the price, contains detailed information about the service station in question, along with the option to start navigation (with GoogleMaps) towards that point or add a stop to the entered route (mode from “En route”).

It also allows you to save service stations of interest (“Favorites”) to facilitate access to daily updated price information on the main screen, as well as opening the navigation option.

The “Near you” and “On route” options allow it to be executed both from the device location and from a user-defined location without having to activate the device location.

It is an easy-to-use application that offers relevant information to the user: the cheapest gas station in a given place or route.
