I really love this app, and I've used it in my feedback to TFGM and TFL in the UK. Every metro should have a tourist map and a tourist route by default. The Spanish metrolink is very good for that, even if you're not actually using the metrolink itself and are walking around

The ticket app for public transport in Madrid is very complicated, especially for tourists who are in a hurry. The interface is not intuitive, and it takes too many steps to buy a simple ticket. There is not enough clear information in English, which makes the process stressful. It should be much simpler and more user-friendly for visitors. and we took a Taxi. was much more easier and same price.
