Prosfit is a prospective study to understand the effect of nutrition, activity, physical exercise and sleep, in patients with tumors, with a commercial wearable and an app designed by IOON and GETNE.

Through the app and a wearable, we intend to know the physical activity, the sleep rhythm and an approach to the nutrition of patients with prostate tumors. With this, we intend to understand the characteristics of this population in order to find new medical strategies to improve their quality of life.

The application is designed to monitor and improve the quality of life of certain patients (anonymized). These patients have been selected to participate in an approved medical study (GETNE). The application records day-to-day information in order to be supervised by your doctor. To do this, he uses a wearable that collects indicative information on his heart rate, blood pressure, sleep quality and physical activity. In addition, the user is asked a series of questionnaires to collect their evolution. Finally, it has a section for recording your diet. To access all the features of the app it is necessary to link it with a wearable.
