Muy mal servicio pedí perfume y no lo recibí hace 15 días. ahora los contacto y tampoco tienen ninguna solución.

La app funciona bien pero he recibido productos abiertos y aplastados por los cuales pague 87,9 eur. No hay forma de pedir la devolución ya que en tienda no pueden atender sin la atención al cliente desde la central, y la atención al cliente no contesta ni email ni teléfono. Seguiré intentando que me atiendan para que pueda tramitar la devolución, pero no volveré a comprar en druni online nunca más ya que no tienen ni control de calidad ni atención al cliente.
