User Reviews

Users praise the app for a clean UI, easy setup, and cloud-upload capability (Drive/Dropbox) with granular shooting. Repeated concerns focus on stability crashes, flaky cloud uploads, and Android background restrictions, plus a desire for a shorter minimum interval.
Pros
  • Easy-to-use, well-designed interface with an intuitive UI.
  • Cloud uploads to Google Drive and Dropbox for automatic backups.
  • Low ads with an option to upgrade to an ad-free paid version.
  • Flexible shooting controls with granular interval timing and remote monitoring capability.
  • Easy initial setup and reliable first-use performance.
Cons
  • Crashes and stability issues (camera crashes after a few photos; freezes when switching tasks; some devices lock up).
  • Cloud integration instability across Google Drive/Dropbox and related APIs (uploads fail after the first image; Google Drive/Play Services errors).
  • Background operation not supported / unreliable on Android (needs to stay in foreground; stops when screen is off or app is backgrounded).
  • Minimum shooting interval is 3 seconds; users want 1–2 seconds.
Recent reviews
Simple, comprehensive, no nonsense app with minimal ads. Liked the ease of use & intuitive interface. Seems to perform as expected, though haven't explored all the features yet. Also I've dedicated an old phone for this app, so wouldn't know how it performs on an 'active' phone. Is it possible to time stamp the photos though? Especially since the photo names get changed when converted to video. I am trying to use it to record plant growth & sunlight patterns. Thanks for adding the time stamp.
