FinantiaNet is a mobile application associated with your Personal Banking service offered by Banco Finantia S.A. Branch in Spain exclusively for its customers, as a complement to the Electronic Banking portal www.bfsonline.es.

Through it, you can quickly and safely access your assets, anywhere and at the time that suits you from your computer or through an App installed on your smartphone.

FinantiaNet claims that the relationship with Banco Finantia S.A. Branch in Spain is even more agile, pleasant and productive. Currently the operations and functionalities available are:

Registration and use

Once the installation is complete, you must register with FinantiaNet. To do this, you must use the same access credentials that you use when entering your Banco Finantia S.A. Electronic Banking. Branch in Spain through your computer.
Enter your FinantiaNet user code and the access code. Then click Sign in.
From that moment on, the application will remember your identity. To enter, you will only have to validate your login by entering the access code or use biometric data (fingerprint or facial recognition), if it is available on your device.

Keep in mind that you must use the codes that you already use on the www.bfsonline.es portal. We recommend that, for security reasons, you regularly change the access codes. However, keep in mind that logs are shared between the two platforms. That is, if you create a new code in the APP, for example, you will have to use it on the computer as well.

FinantiaNet is ready to work on your Android smartphone and on your Apple iPhone. You always have to download the application from its official store.

Minimum requirements Android 7.0 Nougat or later.

How to recover blocked access?

After three failed login attempts, it will be necessary to unlock FinantiaNet by selecting the Retrieve Access Code option on the home screen. If you need help, your personal manager will be at your disposal to help you. You can also request assistance by calling 91 557 23 00 on working days from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Security

The communication between your smartphone and Banco Finantia is encrypted and is carried out through secure channels to guarantee the confidentiality of your data. In addition, all transactions that affect your assets will be subject to additional validation, and an SMS code will be sent to you so that you can confirm the veracity of the transaction in real time.

Cost

FinantiaNet is a free service for Banco Finantia customers. Commissions for transfers and other financial operations are not included in the price list. For more information, consult our price list at www.finantia.es.
