AlphaWolf is the app for those who take training seriously and want to see, with data, if they're making progress.

SEAMLESS TRACKING
Log sets, reps, and weight as you train, with the app automatically filling in what you did last time. It features a rest timer with audible alerts that continue even with the screen off, and a WOD timer for AMRAP, EMOM, Tabata, and For Time workouts.

YOUR RECORDS, AUTOMATICALLY RECORDED
The app recognizes your records as soon as you achieve them and alerts you during the set. It also provides 1RM estimation using your chosen formula, a complete history for each exercise, and predictions for your next progression.

STATS THAT ARE EASY TO UNDERSTAND
Weekly volume, tonnage, intensity, consistency, and a muscle map to see what you're neglecting. All graphs are tappable to view specific data for each week or session.

RECOVERY WITH REAL DATA
If you authorize it, AlphaWolf analyzes your sleep, heart rate variability, and Health Connect activity to tell you whether to push harder or ease off today. It never offers advice without the day's data: if it doesn't have it, it will tell you.

NUTRITION WITHOUT OBSESSING
Log meals manually, from a verified food database, by scanning packaged foods, or by estimating your meal with a photo. Track your calorie and macro intake, fiber, salt, and micronutrients for the week.

TRAIN WITH A REAL COACH
Find a coach, follow their programs, chat with them, and share your progress only if you choose. Set habits, challenges, and pack rankings for those days when motivation is low.

WORKS OFFLINE
Finish your workout in a basement with no signal: it saves and uploads automatically when you regain connectivity. Never miss a session.
