Harnaś

The Harnaś application is used to purchase food products produced by farmers affiliated with the HARNAŚ Operational Group, which sells in short supply chains. The application enables the purchase of products manufactured on the basis of the resources of the Gorce pastures, forests and meadows produced by ecological and traditional methods, with care for the natural environment and animal welfare.

In order to meet the emerging trends, a group of farmers from the Ochotnica Dolna commune started talks on the joint sale of agricultural products produced on their farms. The analysis of consumers' needs was carried out, the resources and potential were diagnosed. As a result of the talks, a decision was adopted to establish a short supply chain in the form of a consortium.

The application was developed as part of the operation entitled "Creation of a short supply chain of Gorce delicacies" aimed at cooperation between farmers facilitating reaching the end consumer through joint marketing, organization of production and distribution of Gorczan delicacies under a common logo in various channels. The operation is co-financed by the European Union under the action: "Cooperation" covered by the Rural Development Program for 2014-2020, in the subject of the operation: creating short supply chains on the basis of a lump sum payment.
