| 2024-09-22 |  | | en | IronVest functioned passably well, with desyncs which require me to fully log back into the service via directly logging back into the IronVest website, not even the extension function in the top right itself, to be able to store and access my passwords being way more frequent than should ever be the case. As of writing, the app has completely wiped all of my data unprompted by me. Can't undo this myself due to backups being a paid feature. Even if I manage to get this fixed by customer service I would highly encourage you to seek an alternative security extension, the consistent glitches and the fact that you can apparently just get your data wiped is unacceptable for even a free password saving service. RIP Blur, you were infinitely better than this husk of a service. |

I am ****sooo**** sick of it never having my password, with no way to flag a bad password or a bad password field. When I add a password it seems like it never gets added, but when it has the wrong password it literally jumps into the field without me knowing where the password comes from. When you click on the extension link there is no way to interact with the account suggestions and when you type your own password trying to figure out what password was used for a site, it feels like it is just jamming your old password in when you are trying to do serious work with the website. It is also kind of ridiculous that when you have a separate password for a sub-domain there is no sensible way to deal with that situation. ----- This software has gone downhill since it was Blur. It is much harder to use now. It doesn't handle incorrect passwords well and you occasionally get locked out and there is no log in option. Even if you log in and access the password directly through the dropdown there is no way to replace a bad password. These people really need to try actually using this software as a user. |

I have been a longtime user but have gone elsewhere since this feature does not work anymore. Trying to activate brings up a screen asking to scan the QR code with your authentication app but no QR code is displayed. Wrote to customer service and they couldn't give me a time frame for it to be re-activated. This is a huge security hole that has not been available for months. You would think this would be addressed imediately by a security and privacy company. |

For passwords I prefer something that is focused on that (bitwa****) instead of a utility trying to do everything. I pay for premium about every other year when I remember. |
