What is Qwik Search?

"Qwik Search" is a Chrome extension that provides users with a selection of popular search engines via a simple and user-friendly drop-down menu. It replaces the new tab page opening it with Bing.com. However, the user can easily switch to another preferred search engine. It also offers easy access to popular social media sites within the new tab window.

You are stuck with the applications choice of search engines: Bing, Google, Yahoo and ASK. You cannot edit them or make any other changes. I uninstalled today, after a couple of months using it.

Interresting. I was lokking for a new tab replacement with a search bar, but please add search engines more respectueous for user's privacy, like Duckduckgo and Startpage. A option for rounded edges would be awaesomme too. Thank you.
