I have not seen such a allround starting page in any other extension and I searched for a while, and tried out a few, before I decided to go with this one. You can customize so much, so now I have a start page where everything I need to know for my day is there in one place. My ToDo list, the weather in my place, I have connected a widget that connects to my agenda on the page, so I can see very quickly what to expect in the next days. I have a Note widget where I write my guiding principles for the week, just fun to do. And it is mostly easy to set up. The most important for me, I put the 12 websites I use most in a few Bookmark Icon widgets, so I can click them immediatly. This was the main reason I was looking for a new tab page, as my old one stopped working, but also where I had the most trouble when I set up the page. A few times a widget was deleted for no apparent reason (maybe because I used the delete back button to erase a word I mistyped or something idk), the pop-up with "undo" is gone too fast, so you can't restore it if you are not that quick. Also I would like the bookmarks to be able to make an individual little block bigger, it is very small and can only show one tiny word. Because I have similar bookmarks I would like to see them more big and see the words under it describe it better. I have only used it for a month now, but I really like it a lot and I am looking forward to other fun and/or handy widgets. Thanks Richard, hope this extension takes of! |

You go to hit Save and Run and nothing happens. Try Save, nothing happens. Left with one button. Cancel. Cancel removes the widget from the dashboard even ones saved earlier with widget tool. Just gone. |
