Resolution Zoom

Set the zoom level based on your screen resolution.

Resolution Zoom: Custom Zoom Level for Your Screen Resolution

Resolution Zoom is a Chrome extension designed to adapt the zoom level of the pages you're visiting based on your screen resolution. The extension will zoom pages to 200% on HiDPI screens, which are wider than 2800 pixels, while providing a standard 100% zoom for other screens. Interestingly, for pages not at 100% or 200%, the extension will not intervene. The purpose is to provide a better viewer experience, whether you are using a high resolution screen or not. Ideal for anyone seeking adaptive zoom functionality with ease.

Doesn't work
by Otto Kanellis, 2022-08-15

It seems this doesn't work well when a high DPI monitor is the primary display. When a high DPI external display (scale: 200%) is the primary monitor and the build-in laptop monitor (scale: 100%) is the secondary, Chrome contents are displayed fine on the high DPI monitor, but contents are displayed too big on the lower resolution monitor. Once the primary display is changed back to the build-in display, Chrome contents are displayed in appropriate scales on both displays. Distribution: Debian GNU/Linux rodete Gnome version: 3.36.4
